Konica Minolta, Inc. (Konica Minolta) announced that it has decided to relocate its headquarters office in Tokyo, Japan, to BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S as part of the reorganization of its metropolitan area offices.

Background and Purpose of the Relocation

Currently, Konica Minolta’s headquarters functions are divided between two locations: Marunouchi JP Tower and Hamamatsucho Daimon Site. In February 2027, the Company plans to consolidate these functions into the new office. By bringing together the corporate functions and planning and administrative divisions of some of its business units, Konica Minolta aims to enhance communication, improve operational efficiency, and optimize economic efficiency.

Future Plans

As a result of the relocation, the Company’s registered head office address will change. Accordingly, Konica Minolta plans to submit a proposition to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation at the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in June 2026.
