How does the application process work?
The application process may look slightly different depending on the job you are applying for. The following graphic gives you a good overview.
During the application process, please ask your point of contact if you would like to know how to proceed in your individual case.

Don’t worry. We regularly publish new job vacancies. Just look at our job portal again. Or subscribe to the
job agent. Then you will automatically receive an email as soon as a position you want to apply for comes up. To enable this, you need to register on our “Career Center” portal.
That’s great! You can apply for several vacancies at the same time. Please send us a separate application for each via the career portal. This way your application will be sent directly to the right point of contact and can be processed quickly. A corresponding note in the covering letter is unfortunately not enough.
We like to keep things simple and only need your CV. The rest is up to you. Upload more documents or a short video and show us who you are and why you would be a good fit for us. You can upload your documents individually or together in one document. By the way, you can do this at any point, even after you have submitted your application via the career portal. As you can see, we’re very flexible.
Of course! Any time, even after you have submitted your application. Just log into our career portal using your login details and upload the new files. Easy!
Please check the file format. It is best to upload your documents as a PDF. Other permitted file formats are .doc, .docx, .odt and .rtf. You can upload the files one at a time, or you can combine all the documents into one file.

Have you changed your mind? That’s a shame! Of course, you can withdraw your application at any time and delete your data. To do so, log into the career portal using your login details.
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously so your details will be deleted automatically after 180 days. We will send you confirmation by email. To see what will happen to your data, please consult our

Unfortunately, no. The data protection regulations state that we may only process your data for an application with your explicit consent. We ensure this happens by offering registration via our applicant portal. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about his.
As a rule, you can send us your application in German. If we need your application in English, you will find a note to this effect within the vacancy posting.
